Most Effective Weight Loss Diet: Weight-Loss-Journey & Stay-Motivated.

I use to stay motivated to continue to you know to stay healthy eat healthily or lose weight whatever it might be is this mono that I heard not too long ago and I just sort of lived by it. I'm sort of stained by it which is dedication sraboni’s motivation. she looks good. she's slammed this and that she goes to the gym. She stays motivated. she all this no. I do not stay motivated. I do not have the motivation. I want to sit down. I want to eat hot Cheetos. I want to eat chocolate cake all day. Every single day does it make me feel good. I do not want to go back to the way. I was before and not just my motivation is that I don't want to go back to the way. I looked before but I don't always have that motivation.


If I have food in front of me. I'm gonna want to eat it and my motivation disappears. It's like it. Doesn't matter just a little bit of chocolate cake. It's just a little bit of hot Cheetos little bit of chips but then this other thing comes into play and it's like my dedication to sting slim to not going back to the way. I look before my dedication to wanting to get the body that I want the body that I look up to the body that I see on social media which I know may not be real because Instagram pictures are all altered not all of them not saying all of them. But most of them are altered to get my dream body to be finally happy in my own skin to be able to look at myself and be like dang like. I like that body. I want to be able to walk out like in naked and be happy with it.

you know I want to really like my body and that's just my dedication towards. It which is how I stay motivated if that makes sense because of dedication Sraboni's motivation whenever. I think about giving up whenever. I think about not going to the gym. I always think of what my goals are and that just is my dedication and that is what. I'm focusing on and that is what will make happen. so that's just something that I really live by when my motivation flies out the door. It comes down to my dedication how dedicated am I to get to where. I want to be and as far as starting having the motivation to start your weight-loss journey that was basically mean. How I stay motivated to continue if you want.

If you're barely starting and if you want to start your weight loss journey use anything and I've talked about it. Before I've tried to make it seem all like good and like a cookie cutter and use this as a motivation be healthy use that has a motivation. That's all cool being healthy should be your ultimate motivation but use anything use a boy use your friend use bullying use anything as your motivation because your ultimate goal is to become healthy.

When I first started losing weight. I always was like. Oh, I'm gonna show all the guys who didn't want me. All the guys who turned me down. I'm using that as my motivation because when I get skinny. They're gonna want me and I'm gonna turn them down what did. I do lost weight turned. All the guys down because what did they do. They came back to me. So you can use anything as your motivation and I noticed some people that may sound bad like using your health as your motivation. Yes, I was at risk for diabetes I was at. I was at risk for heart attacks. I got all these tests done and they would always tell me to lose weight.

you're gonna get this lose weight because you're a high risk for this loss because you're gonna get this very very soon and yes I wanted to get healthy for myself to look good for myself but when it comes down to it. you can have other motivations and there's nothing wrong with that and I just was me that with basically. My motivation I wanted to show everyone who did me dirty what they missed out on. I did and that's just like the best feeling. I can tell you there's nothing that I can tell you to make you start eating healthy to make.

you start working out there's nothing. I can tell you it literally comes down to. I can do to make you do something and if you're looking for me to tell you what to do. I can't do that I can help you out. I can give you tips on how to stay motivated. How to stay dedicated but at the end of the day. you're your own person. you make your own decisions and you can do it. All on your own. Also, I get a lot of messages are like. Oh my god, thank you. I lost this much weight but it's like. Yes, like. I'm so happy that makes me so happy but in at the end of the day that was you. I'm not there with you to tell. you don't eat that or to make you. These meals that you can eat or to make. you go to the gym. I'm not with you to be your workout partner. I'm not with you to do those things for you at the end of the day if your decision. If your body.

It's your choice and if you want to make a difference for yourself do it. If you want to make a difference. you know to get back at that boy or something stupid use that as your motivation who cares what your motivation is because at the end of the day. you're getting healthy and the only thing. I would say is do it. The right way doesn't do it. The unhealthy way. Don't starve yourself. Don't do stupid things.
