I'd show you how to get into amazing shape right there at home using just two dumbbells. Hey, everybody how y'all doing before we get going too. If today's workout which is by the way super simple but extremely effective as are all my workouts. you guys know that by now but before we get going. I'm quickly showing you the four exercises. Okay, dumbbell exercises all you're need is two dumbbells. Some of them only require one dumbbell and then afterwards .I'm going to show you the powerful workout structure of how you can combine these four exercises to burn a lot of calories and a lot of fat right there at home and I will show you how to customize it to your own fitness level but let's get started by looking at these four exercises:

So there you go I'm pretty sure you know those four exercises but guys combining them in this exact order and using the following workout structure is getting you some great results so how are we do it.
you start with the first exercise and like I've mentioned using the exact same structure. I've just shown you and then you're doing 16 reps .you're moved straight over to the second exercise 16 reps. 

Third exercise 16 reps and then the fourth exercise 16 reps rest 30 seconds and then your goal is to repeat as many of that full circuit as you can in just 15 minutes. How do you customize this to your own fitness level number one? Let's talk about the dumbbell size. you need to be able to at least do 16 reps of each .one of these exercises if you can't do 16 drops the dumbbell weight and if you can easily do 16 and you go this didn't even give me a workout up the dumbbell weight okay.

Whatever that might be for you make sure you adjust a dumbbell weight to your own strength level than the nice thing about this complex workout structure in other words .you do as many as you can in a period of time in this instance 15 minutes is that you can't really out train it.

If you advance. you skip the thirty Seconds rest and you just do as many circuits as you can in 16 minutes okay. If you can go for 16 minutes without taking any rest .you can add another 5 minutes or up your dumbbells. If you can't even do 16 reps of any of these exercises. you can either drop the dumbbell where. It's not required like for example the squats or you can downgrade that dumbbell to something a bit lighter or you can take more rest.

you can do 16 reps rest 20 or 30 seconds move on to the second exercise 16 reps rest 20 or 30 seconds and you can continue like that for 15 minutes. There you go, guys, a super effective but super simple worker that will get you some great results at home.
