Lose Belly Fat Fast: Cardio-Vs-Weights-How & Burn-Fat.

I started I asked everyone what are you struggling with the gym and how can I help you? 70% of my followers all said that they don't really know what they're doing in the gym. They don't know. If they should be doing weights or if they should be doing cardio most of the people were doing cardio nothing but cardio. They go to the gym. Now I don't want you to just focus on cardio or just focus on weights. I want you to do both of them together. Don't ever feel like .you need to just focus on cardio and that's it. It depends on what your split is it, depends on what your goals are but I always want you to incorporate both guys that are my answer. But I'm gonna get a little bit deeper into it. So make sure what's the whole of the tips because I'm gonna be giving you. some information and I'm also gonna give a workout at the end of this that you could follow as well. Let's talk about cardio. now we're gonna talk about cardio.

First cardio cardio cardio most people go straight to cardio because it's not hard to do. you jump on a treadmill. you run quite simple but when you just focus on cardio. you'll be burning muscle and you'll be burning fat at the same time. It depends again on what your goals are but I know the majority of my followers, my subscribers. you want to lose weight but you also want to keep that shape. you also want to be toned at the same time and if you're just focusing on cardio and nothing but cardio .you're not gonna see that you just won't see it

I'm not saying don't do cardio. Again you need to know what your split is? Do you need to know exactly what you're doing? when you go to the gym and if you feel like .you're struggling with that don't hesitate a message. If you want to tone up if you want to keep that figure. you need to be doing weight lifting. now I know a lot of you are confused .you don't know what to do in the gym .you can watch if you need a workout program. I'm going to show you a quick circuit what I've been doing is adding resistance it's.

Also burning the calories because you're always a high tempo. your body feels like. it's doing cardio because you're doing a circuit and you're putting in a hundred percent.
