you've always wanted to know my starting weight. My current weight. So when I started. I document it as 256 pounds. I'm pretty sure. I was about 275. It's not a little bit heavier than that but that was the heaviest that I was. when I first documented on the scale so that was pretty heavy to me. So I'd say 256. When I documented and started aren't weight. I currently have no clue. I have not weighed myself probably. I haven't weighed myself all year actually um yeah. I tried like once. I hit my hundred pounds. I no longer really no not really cared about the scale but like. I just didn't really pay it any attention. It was more so like how I look and how I feel because I remember.


Once I dropped to like 156. I just felt. so like small I've never been that small ever so to me. It was like really different to feel bones and stuff that I'd never had before. So um I gained a little bit of weight .you know fill back out of it but uh we just fluctuate. So I say my current weight is normally between 165 to 175 and between that ranges. It just bounces around so that's for my body measurements and measurements in about 6 months and I can tell you that my hips have definitely spread because my pants are tighter. so um I know my hips are bigger.

Let me see. I have my measurements. I bus was like a 36. My waist was like a 28 and my hips were like a 42. So now I'm pretty sure my hips are like 44 or 45. I'm not even kidding. I don't know. I've been eating too much. so you know I'm starting to do girl Frege's cuz. I can't be sweating again and my height. I am 5 richer. We have you ever had surgery. I always get this question. If I've always had surgery. am I getting surgery or my for a surgery? I have a lot to say about this long story short is. I've never had surgery everything's been natural.

When I started my weight loss. It was the beginning of my senior year. I was a college kid. So I don't why they should go accusing me of falsely having surgery. When I didn't even have the funds to even have surgery but it doesn't matter. If I had the opportunity to have surgery. I don't know if I would have done like the gastric sleeve and I don't know. I feel like just doing. It just naturally .you know like if I want to lose weight the old-fashioned way workout and eating right that kind of gave me more of a drive to lose the weight because you know. I can't rely on a surgery or something else but if anyone that's watching this that's had surgery. Then do you girl to you because I mean it's like a preference. So so workout routine everyone always wants to know. what's my workout routine?

First started my goal I didn't even really have a point. I guess I didn't have a plan for my goal. Every day was 10,000 steps whether. It was running weather. It was walking. Whether it was anything. So mainly my main source of working out was walking. I would walk every day. until I hit my goals thousand steps. I would meal prep lots of fruits, lots of veggies, lots of grilled baked meats and I just kept everything very simple and that goes through my stomach tips. Everyone's always asked me how do you shrink your stomach. I always say you are what .you eat so just be mindful of like the foods that you're putting in your body. I know personally.

I've gained weight over the holidays because I just really haven't cared about the foods that I've been eating and today. I was just really like thinking about it. you know I'm ready to start eating healthy again. So it really does play a part. Just you know the foods that you're putting. I've always been a bigger girl. I've always been plus-sized my entire life. So I never really thought about loose skin. I never really thought about like. If I lost hundred pounds. I'm gonna have all this loose get. I never thought about that I was just more. So when you're in a place. Where you're just tired of being. where you are and you're just not your self-esteem is different you know.
