Today I will be sharing with you all my summer weight loss diet plan. summer season is here and summer season brings lots of amount of good nutritious food with it. So today I'll be sharing with you all some more diet plan for weight loss that can help you lose approximately 6 to 7 kgs of weight in just seven days that is a week.


So without any let's get started to start your day with fresh lukewarm lemon water. It will help you kick-start a metabolism in a very good manner. You can also add a pinch of black pepper powder to it and also a pinch of cinnamon powder too. It 15 minutes after this drink. You will have 5 soaked almonds and 2 soaked walnuts almonds are very good in the summer season for your skin and for your weight loss as well.

Now it's time for your breakfast for your breakfast. I have a very special smoothie for you. All you will fall in love with this smoothie because it is so tasty and so delicious and as well as refreshing and cooling for your body. Preparing this smoothie is as easy as 1-2-3. It requires very fewer ingredients but it's nutritious in every manner.

Now the first thing green. You will need is either spinach of cucumber. Now you have a choice if spinach is available at your place. Use spinach or use cucumber second ingredient is half banana best. If it's frozen next is 1/2 cup of yogurt or curd it can be skimmed or it can be low-fat or it can be normal good as well. Then you need 2 TSP of honey. There as well 2 tablespoons of lime juice and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract. it is optional but it will give your smoothie a delicious flavor. now I personally like the sprig all-natural bourbon vanilla extract. it is so authentic and so delicious.

Now it's time for your mid-morning snack for your mid-morning snack. you will have a full-length glass of lassi or chars. Do not add any kind of salt or table salt too. You can have orange .you can have one apple or you can also have some chopped slices of pineapple now.

Now it's time for a dinner for a dinner .you will have a complete full bowel of either salad or fruits of your own choice. Now the recipe for my salad is on my detox diet plan part one. It is my very famous diet plan for detoxification and it contains delicious salad recipes along with weight loss dressings. 

you can also have a fresh bowl of fruits. Do not forget to bring three liters of water in summer season every single day. As it will help your body to D juvenile be water in your body each and every single day and keep you hydrated all day long.
Try working out for at least 30 minutes each day there is a simple walk or some kind of strain training as well. This dark plan will definitely help you lose approximately 6 to 7 kgs of weight in a week. If you follow it completely domination.
