Weight loss program for men:weight-loss-workout-routine.

So I have found the workout routine that has helped aid me to lose weight with that, being said, I'm not a professional, I don't know everything about these workouts that I'm doing. I don't know everything about the machines. I'm just doing what works for me and also this is not the only thing that I do to lose weight. I obviously have to watch what I eat and have fewer cheat days than normal 40 pounds is a lot of weight to lose even in six months 12 months. So just because this worked for me and this amount of time does not mean that.


It's gonna work for you in the same way but that does not mean that your journey is pointless girl keep going. you can use these workouts to get your body right beat. your buns hi honey's you know what I'm saying like. Yes, if you're interested in seeing the workouts that I do and that has helped me get my body to gather honey then just keep boys.

So the first workout that I usually do is get on some kind of cardio machine. So this day I was doing this elliptical. I usually use this as my warmup. So I'm on it for 30 minutes to an hour depending on how much time. I have in the gym .next I'll get on the treadmill and I'll just jog. I usually jog for about ten minutes and then just to cool it down. I'll raise the incline on the treadmill to about fifteen and then I'll lower the speed that I'm running and I'll just walk at a steady pace and this is really good for your calves and your legs and your glutes. Then I like to squat this day.

I was doing 225 and I usually do about five sets of ten and I just post at the bottom and squeeze at the top next. I'm gonna be doing some deadlifts and I was just showing .you all my positioning. I usually do five sets of ten of this as well and I just really make sure to squeeze when I bring the weight to my waist. then I'm showing Y'all two different ways to do lunges.

The first way is with weights by your side. These are two 10-pound weights and I just go all the way across the floor with them the other way I do. It is with a 50-pound weight across my back and I just go all the way across the floor with this sometimes. I'll do both and here is my cameraman doing what a cameraman do and then this is probably my favorite worked out ever. These are side squats. This is really really good for my butt and I usually just do this. All the way across the floor and back this is another one of my favorite workouts and these are just jumping squats with weights.

I usually do five sets of ten of this as well and then Y'all I love doing. These bridges but today Jesus was not on my side and then like I said. I love jump squats. So I just do another set of those and I don't do abs every single time I go to the gym but when I do this is the set that I do. I do eight on the ground eight made and then eight high and then I usually move on to the leg press and I do five sets of ten of this and then I love the leg extension. 

So I usually have 40 pounds of weight and I pretty much just do this until I can't take it anymore and then I love this abductor I usually do this until I can't do it anymore as well and then just to finish off my workout. I like to get on the Stairmaster and I'll alternate between doing just walking and kickbacks and also play with the levels. so I'll go up to a really high level and go down to a level but yeah that's pretty much.
